Reach for Resources, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support individuals with disabilities and mental illness to reach their full potential. We do this by providing individualized services that maximize independence, promote community involvement, and improve physical and mental well-being. Reach serves over 1,000 individuals each year through our Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Independent Living and Employment Support, Mental Health Support, and Waiver Case Management services.

We have established a reputation for providing flexible service and support options that are responsive to the needs of individuals, families and counties. Our personalized approach maximizes each person’s unique efforts to live, work and pursue activities in the community, according to their own interests. REM Minnesota’s personalized approach empowers the people we serve to live, work, and participate in community life utilizing all of their abilities in the least restrictive setting possible. In 2003, REM partnered with The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human service providers.

Villas and Townhomes by Mary T. offer rental housing options to families, seniors, and individuals with specialized needs through market rate and tax credit rentals in Minnesota, Arizona, and Wisconsin. Our goal is to provide the best living environment for the tenants we serve at livable rents. All of our Villas by Mary T. specialize in one-level living, while our Mary T. Townhomes and Unity Villas offer two-levels. We take pride in our properties and enjoy that our tenants call them home. Our Minnesota communities are located in the great neighborhoods of Coon Rapids, Anoka and Savage. They are pet friendly, near shopping, walking trails and many conveniences. Tax credit rentals are available in most locations.

Since 1986, we have helped individuals maximize their personal potential so they can live happy, healthy and productive lives in the Twin Cities community. We provide safe and nurturing environments through our Residential and Outreach programs that are customized to each individual’s unique needs.
